Hi Chris.
When I saw the link to the podcast on Twitter I became curious, so I gave it a listen. I think you’re onto something here. Your production quality is clean (I’m a nit-picker for that 😛 ) and the content you covered was interesting and easy to understand.
I’m glad I was able to start listening to this one on the ground floor so I can have the pleasure of seeing it evolve. I’m enthusiastic to see where it goes from here.
Again, great work for a first episode, and best of luck moving forward.

Hey man! Great first podcast. I’m looking forward to the next one. I think the length is just right, and the quality is good, if rather quiet. I had to pump up the volume a fair bit to hear adequately.
A quick check of the file in Audacity shows that the levels are about halfway. A levels adjustment with a touch of compression would sort it right out.
Worldbuilding is a great topic to start on. I’m writing really short stuff at the moment, and I’m building it seat-of-the-pants. For now, I’m tending to keep the details of the world more abstract; let the reader fill in the parts from their imagination.
I haven’t read those King books you mentioned; I’ve only read Skeleton Crew and I could not sleep for days! I scratch my rare horror itch through Koontz.
All the best!
